A lot of the early stuff on the Ohr records had creppy baby dolls (at least 2 of the first Tangerine Dream albums and a solo album by one of Witthuser and Westrupp definitly did).

But you'll have to find them yourself I;ve work to do.

Dubstar had a series of singles from their second album in mega creepy dolls sleeves....anyonne remember them?
Also, Yazoo - their 'Don't Go' single featured a pied piper with dolls following him.

The 12" single to Wall of Voodoo's "Mexican Radio" had a truly disquieting cover (not entirely unlike the Happy Flowers one way above of LASTERDAY I WAS BEEN BAD) which featured several baby doll heads smeared with mud and excrement on stakes in a swamp. `Twas truly bizarre.
