Hey gang....Okay, this might be a very simple question, but I'm in the middle of writing something, and I'm wracking my brain trying to remember a key figure in Lou Reed's past who acted as a literary mentor for the man. Any ideas?

i know the question has been answered and the thread thus ended but delmore schwartz's story "In Dreams Begin Responsibilities" is really terrific. good stuff.
