It's a remix and it's a horrible BAD THING which should be discouraged. Also see: that Basement Jaxx remix from last year which did nothing for the song other than stop the frenetic album version from getting played on radio.
Song in question? 'Gossip Folks', new single, not sure if it's out yet. Buy the album, the version there sans Norman Cook is fab.
