I lean towards "okay" than "good," actually...."okay" meaning ultimatley inoffensive. Most music is inoffensive.....it doesn't bother you necessarily, but it doesn't inspire you/interest you/capture your imagination.

So most music is tolerable then? Kinda like most TV shows: when I watch the crap that's on, I don't become ill or go on a bloodlust rampage, but it doesn't do anything for me.

Thanks Jody, that does seem to be the way I see it used. But when I looked it up, the dictionary said "Latin - quod erat demonstrandum (which was to be demonstrated)" I can't seem to get my mind around the two meanings. I mean, isn't the dictionary def essentially saying "equation NOT proved"? What gives?

The music you hear is a very small percentage of the music out there, and for the most part that small percentage would be good. It has to go through certain levels of judgement filters before people can hear it, and the really bad music is weeded out. (I'm going to sing a song, but my embarrassment stops me from doing it; or I'm going to record a song, but my judgement of how much a waste of time it would be stops me from doing it.)
