What's the story behind this song? My local young rock radio station keeps playing it. Short song with fuzz bass breaks interrupted by brief narrations that end in "whatever." I think it's funny.

It originally appeared on the short-lived MTV (US only?) series "Sifl & Olly." It's funnier when performed by sock puppets.

It sounds like he ripped-off "Weeeeeeee!" by Albert Christmas Squirrel. Unless that's also him under some kind of Norman Cook-like alterego. But I doubt it.
