I saw some of her stuff in a charity shop but it was more pricey than I expected, so did I lose out or have a close escape. My special french friend says she's awful and like Celine Dion with the shrill warbling. But the sleeve of the 60's album looked kinda cool - like something Bob Stanley would get all excitable about.

bob stanley's welcome

bob stanley will get excited about anything if it's got a woman in a pink poloneck sweater and too much eyeliner on the front and smells like it's from that most *fun* of times, the 1960s.

I would avoid it if I were you. if you want to buy someting nice and 'retro' from the charity shop, why not get some plates, or a fondue set? More useful.

thats probably true and probably only a third of that stuff would do it for me, but the impresison I get is she wouldn't make that third.
