Who Sings "Speedy Motorcycle"?

There's a song called "Speedy Motorcycle", sung by a girl (woman, female, damn I hate the P.C. world) and I think her name is Danielle something-or-other. I first heard this at least 10 years ago, very lo-fi-ish, I think it was just her singing and some weird organ-y sound, maybe a guitar strum now and then. TIA

speeding motorcycle, on Daniel Johnston's Yip/Jump Music (still in print on CD I think), covered by YLT on Fakebook and Genius + Love = Yo la Tengo wherein Daniel calls in to the radio show and sings his own song to YLT's backing. Also covered by Pastels and Mary Lou Lord.

ok - thanks I have found the song. I didn't know it was a guy but I guess it is. And I didn't know it was used in a Target commercial. Damn.
