Not quite sure it's crying for her actual demise, but "Stand Down Margaret" by the English Beat (ooh, sorry Brits, "the Beat") urges for her dismissal from power.

yeah, "i'm in love with margaret thatcher" is sarcastic and doesn't actually call for her death, but...

"tramp the dirt down" by EC. "black boys on motorbikes" by Sinead O'Connor was pretty scathing about Thatcher, though i don't remember if it called for her death (except through osmosis, since Sinead loves the IRA).

and i'm sure that there must be some Robert Wyatt songs about this subject.

"...........no Maggie Thatcher and No Government...".
This gloriously plodding Pasti effort demanded anarchy of course and offers further proof that politics and music don't mix, especially when the ingredients are this bad.
It certainly didn't envisage our subsequent current 'leader' who would give thatch a run for her money in the right wing stakes.
