I have no idea what the question is, but I cast my vote for Eyehategod. As a resident of the swampy roach farm that is New Orleans, all I can say is that EHG embody the spirit of the city (soul-crushing boredom, befuddlement at the sheer incompetence of the government, lots of mediocre and expensive drugs) a whole lot better than tourist shit like the Meters or Dr John do.

I think I'll go listen to Eyehategod right now... after Madison Avenue is over, of course. ~adam

come on. that's an easy one - eyehategod. i like electric wizard, sure, but they have a kind of constipated metal sound; eyehategod have, oh god, more 'emotional range' in their sound. hard to explain - but EHG sounds like they live it, whereas e-wiz sound like they spend most of their non-playing/non-recording time stoned, eating chips and trying to fix their blacklight.
