Hahahaha! Way to get his attention!

I pick KJ!

It's shapin' up, Tad, thanks for asking. We still don't have a couch yet (the sectional job we ordered takes ten weeks, apparently....which means we'll have it sometime in 2005 or something). But, beyond that, it's starting to feel a bit homier. Bought a new stereo last weekend, so can now drown out both the Travis fan next door and the cantankerous octagenarian's blaringly loud television downstairs. Started hanging pictures and whatnot. It ain't the old place ::::whimper:::: but ya gotta move on.

While I dearly love XTC, to suggest that they could possibly surpass the celestially infernal Killing Joke when it comes to encapsuling the concept of war in song prompts near-fatal fits of laughter, appropriately enough.

At this risk of sounding fanatical.....KILLING JOKE ÜBER ÄLLES!

Hey, is this your new appartment?

I wonder who chose the color scheme? It's very nice.

I'm much more a fan of XTC than Killing Joke... but dear god, the Joke is the clear victor here.

(Moulding's songs are often gems, but when he writes a bad one, it's BAAAAAAAAAAAAD.)

Haha yes this thread is designed to make me say for the first time ever:

Killing Joke wins!

Fire begrudgingly honoured.

VICTORY IS MINE!

Congrats for finally seeing the light, Tom. As a sign of good will, I transform myself into George Michael for your amusement:
