RFI: The Morticians

Anybody here know anything about a record called "Freak Out With The Morticians?" A friend of mine sent me a CDR of it with no accompanying information...I dimly recall it as English, late-80s vintage; it contains good-n-grimy covers of various garage-rock staples--"Action Woman," "Blackout of Gretely" etc. But that's about all I know. No entry for them on AMG even.

Anyone?

No relation to Mortician, the gore/death metal band of 'Hacked up for barbecue' fame?

four years pass...

who, so there IS a thread about the morticians!
one of the best modern-garage record ever made.
the best garage drummer for sure.
it's like the best fuzztones record that they never recorded.

One of the first albums I ever bought and my ticket to Garageland.
I didn't listen to it in ages - tonight its time to dust it off.

some dude made me download this off of him a while back. it's pretty cool, esp. for retro-garage shit. which i find tedious most of the time.
