Songs which feature the 'speak and spell' voice

I love 'Satisfaction' by Benny Benassi which has one of those 'speak and spell' type voices doing the chorus. It's been done hundreds of times but it stills sounds 'sexy' and disconcerting, and in collusion with the ice maiden German voice it's pretty much unbeatable.
