Apologies if this has been flagged up already...

ResonanceFM 104.4 can be heard across a 5 mile radius from Central London 7 days a week. Right next to the mediocrity of XFM, this legal, volunteer-run station broadcasts extraordinary radio art and music, and you can hear it on the net at

we have had a thread on them (on ILE maybe?) but yes, its pretty good from the little I've heard. I hope you guys get a proper licence so I can have the radio on more often.

Resonance FM are stalking me. Yes they are!

To the point where the other night, I asked Handsome SoundArtist if I could borrow a shirt... he gives me what I thought was a plain black t-shirt ... put it on and it's got a Resonance FM logo on it! Argh!

No. Seriously. I wonder if I can pick up internet radio on this computer... there's no reception in this basement...

Seriously, they are in need of money to keep going (they dont get lottery funding, despite what people assume - apparantly not eligible for some stupid reason).
They've had a couple of auctions and fundraising days - check out the forum (via the site) for these as the donated items are pretty unique... some bargains have been had (like the Wicker Man soundtrack which came with the authentic chunk of burnt wicker from the film... or a guy who would come round to your house, cook you dinner and do performance art whilst you were eating...)

Hmm, wonder if I know Handsome Soundartist... his real names not Dan is it?
