no, but allmusicguide has a bit of info:

Paul French - Keyboards, Vocals
Chris Gavin - Bass, Guitar
Dave Knowles - Vocals, Wind
Nigel Reveler - Drums

alternatively, there's also the Johnny Jenkins/Greg Allman album 'Ton Ton Macoute' from 1970

and you know that the Ton Ton Macoute were the secret police in Haiti? (named after an evil spirit who stole kids from their beds...)

well i did also look on AMG and saw that little info there is - but it says 'xaktly next to nuthin' about the music, alas

I think Sinead O'Connor used to be ina band in Dublin in the 80's called Ton Ton Macoute. I once saw a photo which i believe was here with hair associated with said group. Not sure they ever rleeased anything and obviously its not the one you're interestd in.

I think literally its the name of a voudoun loa called Uncle Bag, who takes bad kids away in his bag.
