Well it's fun, good vibes music with a rhythm that is basically cheeky and up for a good shake. The words and delivery are cheeky too. Kids like it. The melodies are simple, they even have something in common with nursery rhymes. That could be a formula which gets it into the pop charts.

I agree completely, but I was also wondering whether it may be that the oft non-correcto-politic lyrics are less discernible with the chart & alt. massive (compared to say rap) helps to further its cause…
