About once a year, I go and see a band that just knocks me on my ass. It's invariably some straight up rock/roll combo with loud guitars and screaming vocals. Which isn't really the kind of music I put on at home, but it's so great to be knocked out like that by the rock and the roll.
Here are the bands that have done it (in chronological order from first to latest):

the first two are (were in TW's case) from Mtl, the latter are from Toronto.

I got a harry pussy track on a comp an ILXOR made for me a few weeks ago. that sort of got me to listen to bands again. the week after I actually got 2 no neck blues band CDs, both of which were really good.
