The Madonna album is still confusing the hell out of me. Hey, maybe it's eurodisco! As in, the CD cover lists 10 tracks then you listen to it and there's only 1 or 2 'really'. (Like 'From Here to Eternity' or 'Supernature') I like "ISS" btw. Bone-crushing riffage. Kind of 'Erotica' gone stoner. Also nobody should attempt a new electroacoustic synthesis which involves an acoustic guitar unless they've given it about 30 years of thought and studied in a conservatory, maybe even in a non-western country

Several tracks on the album feature acoustic guitar with electronics bubbling along behind it. Based on dave q's last few posts about American Life however, I'm beginning to think the wrong disc was slipped into the jewel case. What do you mean only one or two songs "really"? If you're saying only one or two type of songs I guess I know what you're getting at, but I'd put it more at three. But I'm sure you're not saying you can't distinguish different songs with the same production style. Also, "I'm So Stupid"s riffage may not be bone-crushing, but the entire song does have an edgy aggression that I really like.
