Just thought. That Red Kross album is gonna be called "Motorcycle Black Madonna." David Grey's "White Ladder". Both named after Dylan lyrics.

There are other examples by other artists with albums after people other than Dylan, but I can't be bothered to name them.

I say big stinking dud. Think of your own words, you lazy lazy people.

how about albums named for pop stars' self-glorifying comments about their own musical intentions? in which case I nominate Teenage Symphonies to God by Velvet Crush, and I say klassique.

Again I must invoke Radio Birdman: not only were they named after a Stooges lyric (from "1970"), their debut album, Radios Appear, was named after a Blue Oyster Cult lyric (from "Dominance and Submission"). A band that draws from the Stooges and Blue Oyster Cult simultaneously can be nothing short of godlike.

Radio Birdman were pretty average. Certainly not as good as either of the two bands you mentioned (also, that's a misheard Stooges lyric, mind).
