Song ID: French pop meets emo-lite

The other day, I heard on college radio a really good song that sounded like a cross between classic French pop (vocals in French, horns) and the softer side of emo (which I can't describe except that it reminded me of the band American Football).

The DJ said the name of the group was [phonetically] MEL-oh GAHL-ee-ON (???) And I think the song might've been "Tout Le Monde D'Accord."

I figured it'd be easy to find on Google, but it's not! Anyone?

Was it Mogilny?

They have an amazing live show full of lots of tricks and gimmicks such as freezing in place (midsong) for 3 mins or so. I saw them last year at the FrancoFolies festival in Montreal.

five years pass...

I saw a guy profiled on Eurotrash yonks ago. He was really sardonic, with talky vocals and kind of loungey backing music. The translation of one of his choruses was 'I am a shit and I shit on you.' Nothing to do with emo, but I couldn't find a better thread. Any ideas?
