Fat American DJs... more of them than anything. There is a story (and I don't know quite how apocryphal this is as I wasn't there to see it, so please don't sue me anyone) that when Louie Vega of Masters at work came to play at Bar Rumba in London he could not physically fit in the booth... then see Sneak et al... massive great huge big fellas

Are there many fat drummers? Most of the ones that spring to mind are pretty thin: Dave Grohl, Phil Puleo (Cop Shoot Cop....although he stood Moe Tucker-stylee), Big Paul Ferguson of Killing Joke, Phil Rudd of AC/DC, Stew Copeland of the Police is positively wirey.

and that would be why... it was kenny dope that the story was about, i always get the two confused, not really knowing what they look like... put it down to feeling ill at the time of typing... apparently it's true, too... asked a friend who was there yesterday...
