derek bailey is playing on the 18th june at ryan's bar in stoke newington (though this is yet to be confirmed).

edwin prevost, keith rowe and a guiatr player from japan (whose name i can't remmeber) are playing on the 15th at the 291 gallery (but i don't know whether i'll go to that venue again, its really far away and they fuck the timings, bands that you want to see start after 11pm and that is no good to me as night buses are a no no for me) but i'll confirm this stuff.

I'd really like to see !!! when they play London, alas I am friendless in this desperate city (coughs).

There's an Acid Mothers Temple Soul Collective happening at the Spitz 5.JUN.(Thu) featuring some AMT splinter groups including Pardons. I think I wrote about it on the "London Gigs May '03" thread so check there.

I'm not going to get to see any shows in June, but my band is playing, um, nine? gigs next month; if memory serves correct, one of which will be our first LouEVIL gig.

Oh wait, the first part of that sentence isn't true; the amazing Garaj Mahal are playing right here in Lexington next month, and I'm SOOOO going to that show.

met up w/ 3 ILXORS and that was the best thing abt it i suppose. the support bands were terrible, and, as you saw, NNCK were supposed to be on at 10pm. 11pm was a bit too late as there are no night bus services where i live so i had to leave.
