I mean, there's a song about her VIBRATOR on it. "I'm a vibraholic now" she sings, over what sounds like Britney's "I'm A Slave 4 U" fed through some kind of filter that strips out the simulated sex and leaves the mastubatory groans intact. Her "rap" is better than Madonna's too. "Don't Wanna Lose This Feeling" - Kylie would have killed for it a couple of years ago. Send this to #1, single buyers.
It's club music that works for people with absolutely no interest in going clubbing, really. And it's great.

There's also a less impressive official-ish bootleg of "I Begin To Wonder" vs "You Spin Me Round". Think I'm going nuts here, but "Neon Nights" is fantastic - easily the best thing I've heard this year. It's like a heaving dance/pop juggernaut. Plus, the first and second halves are quite different, so album-loving snobs who hate fun can like it too.
My hopes for a pop album with no duff tracks might one day be fulfilled if Dannii keeps this up. Either way, the bar is high for Kylie's next record.

Mary, I'll make you a copy of it. The album is almost all great--"Push" is fantastic and one of the songs (err don't have track listing in front of me) borrows quite nicely from "Girls & Boys" (someone help with title).
I think it might be better than Kylie's last...

.. and so far i'm having a blast .. tis a perfect partner for anniemal/body language/state of mind groove.
wish they had dropped the normal version of 'i begin to wonder' on at the end - as i dont think i ever heard this when it was released
.. as i wasn't really following all this electro-infused pop music in 2003 ..
ah ha .. there is the video on the cd though ..
fun.

I didn't know the Lohan was a technopop album, or is this a commentary on the physical features of both ladies?
