just the jumpsuit?

jess (dubplatestyle), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:26 (twenty-two years ago)

Hey Ally, Britney apparently has falsies too...

Calz (Calz), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:28 (twenty-two years ago)

James Blount (James Blount), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:30 (twenty-two years ago)

Britney is my brothren in silicone.

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:32 (twenty-two years ago)

My father's family name being Pirrip, and my christian name Philip, my infant tongue could make of both names nothing longer than Pip.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:34 (twenty-two years ago)

Britney rules. My fave song of hers is Lucky.

Calz (Calz), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:35 (twenty-two years ago)

So where is the "Dom Passantino" coming from?

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:36 (twenty-two years ago)

(long overdue subthread - Taking Sides: Calcium vs Bromide)

t\'\'t (t\'\'t), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:39 (twenty-two years ago)

I give Pirrip as my father's name, on the authority of his tombstone and my sister- Mrs Joe Gargery, who married the blacksmith. As I never saw my father or mother, and never saw any likeness of them (for their days were long before the days of photographs), my first fancies regarding what they were like were unreasonably derived from their tombstones.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:40 (twenty-two years ago)

The thought of Calz cleaning off his li'l thingy with the jumpsuit just as security comes in to get rid of the creepy guy who snuck backstage...oooh, cinematic

what should I know about Max Berlin?

James Blount (James Blount), Monday, 26 May 2003 20:43 (twenty-two years ago)

I wish either my father or mother, or indeed both of them, as they were in duty both equally bound to it, had minded what they were about when they begot me; —that not only the production of a rational Being was concerned in it, but that possibly the happy formation and temperature of his body, perhaps his genius and the very cast of hid mind; —and, for aught they knew to the contrary, even the fortunes of his whole house might take their turn from the humours and dispositions which were then uppermost:———had they duly weighed and considered all this, and proceeded accordingly, ———I am verily persuaded I should have made quite a different figure in the world, from that, in which the reader is likely to see me.

Lord Custos Epsilon (Lord Custos Epsilon), Monday, 26 May 2003 21:35 (twenty-two years ago)

A pretty tight game from the GLA player leading up to an absolutely storming finish. Its one of those games which will leave you scratching your head at the end thinking "what would i have done in that situation?". Really fun game and good play by both players.

If you watch one replay this week make it this one, you wont see many others like it.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 26 May 2003 23:35 (twenty-two years ago)

A few years before I started working at the record shop, the 0\/\/|\|3R helped out in some way in some local radio competition, i forget the exact details, but the prize was one of the nolan sisters' stage costumes. I forget how, but somehow, he was some sort of go-between between the nolans management and the prizewinner. the message came down from the management - we have the costume, we'll just launder it and send it to you. In response, there came this frantic reponse from the prizewinner - NO!!!1! Whatever you do, DON'T LAUNDER THE COSTUME!@#!@#!@#~~~ Haha, guess who I'll think of now when I recall that story?

It pains me to admit this, coz I think his rekkids = sux0r, but j timberlake is pretty fukcing fit, I think.

Mike Taylor (mjt), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 02:33 (twenty-two years ago)

It looks like Chris Issak do the Vampire Bite on the neck of Henry Rollins! And Henry is lllllikin' it.

Lord Custos Epsilon (Lord Custos Epsilon), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 17:02 (twenty-two years ago)

Posts about Britney = homophobia = must post pics of men kissing?

That's so stupid. You are a big dumb ass. Really.

Calz (Calz), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:12 (twenty-two years ago)

where did he say 'posts about britney=homophobia'?

James Blount (James Blount), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:15 (twenty-two years ago)

also, weren't you supposedly going to start doing 'serious' threads?

James Blount (James Blount), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:16 (twenty-two years ago)

This IS a serious thread.

Calz (Calz), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:19 (twenty-two years ago)

Sommermute (Wintermute), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:37 (twenty-two years ago)

Yawn. Pics of homosexuals are meant to be used WHY? Is this supposed to indicate that being straight is wrong? On ILM why is that 'straight' desire is looked down on? Me personally, I'd love for the gay postees to post about the men they want to shag on a seperate thread. I would not contribute to this as this is not my own sexuality but I would fully support their right to post on this as it is relevant to them. And certain acts have used their sexuality to appeal to the gay market and why not? I think that's a positive thing. So what's the problem here? Ah yes it's that ILM faux liberalism again!

Calz (Calz), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:43 (twenty-two years ago)

where are they saying being straight is wrong?

James Blount (James Blount), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:45 (twenty-two years ago)

haha!

James Blount (James Blount), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:50 (twenty-two years ago)

that joke works on several levels

stevem (blueski), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:53 (twenty-two years ago)

how come Calzums sometimes never even answers his own stupid questions i.e.

How much would you pay to be backstage at a Britney concert so you could ravish her sweaty red jump suit?

whatever you paid you would need more to cover legal fees and compensation for sexually harassing a young women whilst she was trying to do her job - you monster

stevem (blueski), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:57 (twenty-two years ago)

insert calclone's 'lame retort about how actually YOU'RE the monster' here

James Blount (James Blount), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 18:59 (twenty-two years ago)

every jumpsuit has its price

Tracer Hand (tracerhand), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 19:00 (twenty-two years ago)

she's auctioning all those old clothes off, so if calclone wants to put his money where his mouth is the opportunity is there

James Blount (James Blount), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 19:02 (twenty-two years ago)

i think he just wants to put his mouth where her money is, the loveable red blooded (and agonisingly heterosexual) scamp

stevem (blueski), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 19:04 (twenty-two years ago)

'heterosexual' - right

James Blount (James Blount), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 19:05 (twenty-two years ago)

he just wants to put his mouth where her money is

should i contact the writers of Will & Grace with this kind of material?

stevem (blueski), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 19:05 (twenty-two years ago)

Nah, they're more keen on "Homosexuals, they be drivin' like this" material.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 19:10 (twenty-two years ago)

"Britney, can I...um...can I have your jumpsuit?"
"You mean this sweaty nasty disgusting thing I just wore onstage?"
"Yeah."
"Why?"
"No reason...I'm just a huge fan, yeah..."
"You're not going to make sweet love to it while pretending I'm still wearing it are you?"
"Well, I'm not not going to make sweet love to it..."

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 27 May 2003 19:11 (twenty-two years ago)

stevem (blueski), Wednesday, 28 May 2003 11:06 (twenty-two years ago)

...she WOULD be hot in that woolie tanktop/cardie, especially on stage..... I bet Calz is twitching right now, just thinking about how sweaty it would be.

I reckon Calz really belives tATu are lezzas, you know..... he seems the type (same as the type of bloke who bought 'Baby one more time' after seeing Britters in her schoolgirl outfit).

russ t, Wednesday, 28 May 2003 11:13 (twenty-two years ago)

aw, i thought they were really lesbians as well - russ this is like telling me there is no Santa Claus you know

stevem (blueski), Wednesday, 28 May 2003 11:35 (twenty-two years ago)

Perhaps I was a precocious kid, but at them Crimbo parties, I never much fancied sitting on a bearded old bloke's knee and delving into his bag for big gifts, anyway.

And look what happened to me.....

russ t, Wednesday, 28 May 2003 12:04 (twenty-two years ago)

Who here can imagine Cal(um|z) getting all hot and bothered by that blue coverall with the scissors?

Lord Custos Epsilon (Lord Custos Epsilon), Wednesday, 28 May 2003 12:19 (twenty-two years ago)

Yeah...dammnit! You'd think he'd, at least, come in 'Third'.

Lord Custos Epsilon (Lord Custos Epsilon), Wednesday, 28 May 2003 16:24 (twenty-two years ago)

Nice to thread this thread still going. In answer - I wouldn't pay anything. I was actually on MSN with my ex who had been popping by ILM and she asked if I was still winding you lot up. "Wait a sec" I replied and thought deeply "I'll post one about Britney and make it pervy. How's that?"

"Excellent she replied".

So my answer is that whilst I find Britney HAWT and do own her second album (which is fab especially her cover of "Satisfaction") I would only really want to ravish her red jump suit if she was in it. In which case I'd be up all night in more ways than one...

Calz (Calz), Wednesday, 28 May 2003 16:44 (twenty-two years ago)
