are the Lapse over?

I think he's gotten various versions of The Lapse together for touring, but it's basically just himself solo--the girl (Toko Yasuda?) I think is or was in Enon.

I saw him play about a year ago at the Loew's movie theater in Jersey City. He was fronting a new band called Sparrow, and they were pretty cool... they covered a Ted song or two, which was interesting, since they were opening for Ted. Also, I saw him helping out another Leo -- Danny -- when he played with his band, The Holy Childhood. The Holy Childhood had one album on Gern Blandsten that was pretty and poppy, but when I saw them this time they sounded like the Contortions, with just bass, drums, and sax. And that's all for my mini-Leo family update.

I really liked that Holy Childhood album.
