The Great
Rock and Roll

(Hall of Fame)
Swindle

It some dude ranting (in a funny, albiet frothing-at-the-mouth-crazed) fashion about how the (bands|musicians) he likes haven't gotten into the Hall of Fame. Subquestions:
1) Agree/Disagree?
2) Is he a rockist twit for even giving a damn?
     Mystery Bonus Question...
3) Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, waste of space or nessesary evil?

Eno looks super-degenerate.

I like it. This guy's got it right. Sort of. I mean he's close enough. Yes, the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame should be burned to the ground as the most irrelevant piece of worthless architecture ever erected, as its very presence defeats the purpose of that which it attempts to celebrate, but it is worth pointing out every once in a while why exactly this is so.

I didn't have the patience at this hour to actually read everything whatsisname had to say, but after his first several bold-lettered choices for inductees (and well-specified inductors, indeed) I feel satisfied in saying this fellow might well indeed might not be such a bad guy.

"Inductor: Thom Yorke" - classic

Hey, thanx for the bits! I vote for mouthy crankpot, agree, rockist twit and cue some stupid with a flare gun. Then again, its existence proves that the gr'ups still don't get it.

Here's a fun topic: who will be inducted in the class of 2028 from 2003?

PS I used to work at IBM in an I.M. Pei-designed building with the same all-you-need-is-Louvre glass pyramids on top...from a distance, it looked like Madonna's pointy corsetted tits rising majestically from the verdant hills of Westchester County.

Cheers,
Chris
