Lauren Laverne thread - please delete post from arsehole under the moniker 'calum's house' as the sad, sad bastard has posted my email address under which I do not wish to be hassled by such an idiot.

Thanks.

I think it's a bit unfair you're not taking a valid complaint seriously. I've never abused anyone's details on this forum and never will. I recently had my hotmail account hacked into (see ILE thread) and am unhappy about this sort of thing happening on ILM.

your e-mail account getting hacked into is fucked up, but considering you don't feel the need to obey the rules you've set up for your own forum (ie. "You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening...") here, instant karma gotcha. And if you're going to personally attack people (which you apparently are) then they should have the right to respond off-board.

Again, unless I advertise my email, I do not see that it should be put on the board and ask that this be respected. The forum we had up was not mine anyway, I can't write html... and those rules belonged to proboards and not us. They post these to cover their ass in case of the data protection act which was updated in 1997 to include the Internet (I'd advise reading it, as you'll find that if someone asks for personal material about them to be taken down from a web site the webmaster is legally responsible to do so). If someone comes on here and calls me a twat then that is their perogative, but I draw the line at the possible abuse of my email account (s) and ask you to personally understand and respect this.

You're a funny guy.

The whole point of an email account is for people to know it -- besides which yr. email addresses are all over your old posts on this board.
