Somehow these long arguments about the use of pop/rock songs in advertising seems to come around to "what's the harm?" and I usually wind up being more sympathetic to that position than I thought I was, but my gut reaction remains "oh God, oh God, a car company is using 'Heroin' to sell cars" (instead of using heroin for the sheer bracing thrill of it haha) and fifteen or so years working in the psych biz have taught me that your gut feeling is usually telling you something that's true for you
