Coziness is important to the couple, who wanted to make sure Mr. Sclater-Booth’s children, Eliza, 9, Luke, 8, and Charlie, 4, felt comfortable during their visits.

The place, which occupies three floors of the house, seems reasonably priced, even at $4,750 a month.

The den, in which everyone is welcome, contains several pieces that Mr. Sclater-Booth bought before he met Ms. Oliver at a party in 2007.
Really, I'm not just showing off and pimping here... you guys seemed like my best bet. I just found out that I had a photograph featured in the New York Times the other week and so am hoping that somebody state-side might have a copy of the paper lurking in their recycling pile etc. that they would be willing to post over to me here in the UK (I'll happily paypal a couple of $$ for postage, of course).
I have a scan of the article, but a real-life copy would be great if I can find one.
This is the piece:

which apparently appeared on April 12, 2009, on page AR21 of the New York edition.
Thanks.
P.S. I almost started a whole thread, but then got scared.

I tossed that Sunday April 12th A & L section in the recycle bin a little while ago. Sorry

Ach. Thanks anyway. Still hoping...
Anyone else?

NEW YORK, Jan 20, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The New York Times announced today that it will be introducing a paid model for NYTimes.com at the beginning of 2011.The new approach, referred to as the metered model, will offer users free access to a set number of articles per month and then charge users once they exceed that number. This will enable NYTimes.com to create a second revenue stream and preserve its robust advertising business. It will also provide the necessary flexibility to keep an appropriate ratio between free and paid content and stay connected to a search-driven Web.

Tuesday morning, Jillian from Disasters calls. Apparently an airman named Loolerton has poisoned a shitload of beavers. I say we don’t kill beavers, we harvest them, because otherwise they nibble through our Robust Advertising Business (R.A.B.s) and polluted revenue streams out of our Search-driven Web and into the Eisenhower Memorial Wetland, killing beavers.

Hmmmmm, they tried a variation of this before, just for their op-ed columns and then stopped that. I received a gift Sunday NY Times paper subscription from my kid, but otherwise just look at Caramanica and Pareles and Ratliff et al. ocassionally online. I wonder how much they'll charge, and how many free viewings you get before they charge
― curmudgeon, Wednesday, 20 January 2010 18:13 (fifteen years ago)
but subscribers still maintain the full online i assume?
― forksclovetofu, Wednesday, 20 January 2010 22:41 (fifteen years ago)

I mean I know a legacy media publication's gotta do what a legacy media publication's gotta do but this feels like a new step?
― Tracer Hand, Sunday, 24 October 2021 15:59 (three years ago)
They've been doing that for a few years now, e.g.:https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/05/arts/television/larry-david-snl-monologue-holocaust-joke.html
