But this seems like a drastically different concept than those singles threads. I always thought they were limited to songs released commercially as singles. And could include singles from albums released last year, so long as the singles were released this year.

Nick, aren't you just asking for a mix of the best songs from albums released in 2003? Like the end-of-year mixes Matos makes? I like this idea. I'll think about it.
