Another one I really like is Christine Lavin's pairing of "All I Have to Do Is Dream" with "A Summer Song" ("Trees, swaying in the summer breeze..."). Works surprisingly well...

(Unless stuff like Boston's Foreplay/Long Time or Elton John's Love Lies Bleeding/Funeral For a Friend counts. It doesn't, right? I mean, I'm assuming you mean OTHER PEOPLE'S songs.)
