the Plan's big farewell show should be a night to remember.

a couple friends-of-friends' bands are on a bill together, so i'll probably check that out. dunno what else i might go to, though, maybe Trans Am.

I missed Bob Mould, and Black Eyes(noisy Dischord band with some Washington City Paper members). I think Garland of Hours includes Amy Domingues on cello who has played on a Fugazi cd and with Jenny Toomey. That group could be worth checking out. Q and Not U are energetic if not exactly original(kinda Fugazi-lite)...
