Predict Pazz & Jop 2003

We're halfway through 2003, and it doesn't seem like there are many clear favorites. Hail to the Thief has a lot of support but just as many detractors; Elephant is well liked but nobody's really excited about it. Has the #1 record of 2003 come out yet, or is it further ahead? What will be on top P&J come next February?

jaymc (jaymc), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:16 (twenty-two years ago)

either way, if nothing more universal comes along, xgau's gonna be all impotence contemplatin' again.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:18 (twenty-two years ago)

Elephant'll win album going away (maybe one of those unenthusiastic consensuses a la Odelay, cept alot of people are enthusiastic), "In Da Club" takes single. darkhorses: Led Zep, Ted Leo (won't win but he'll place), The Rapture, Outkast (*crosses fingers*), um, who'm I forgetting?

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:21 (twenty-two years ago)

darkhorse single: "Tin Soldier" Dixie Chicks (for all the wrong reasons)

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:22 (twenty-two years ago)

"In Da Club" is so taking single.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:23 (twenty-two years ago)

if OK Computer, Kid A, and Amnesiac couldn't win it, no way Hail to the Thief does

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:24 (twenty-two years ago)

aren't there ANY other critics-just-dying-to-rave-about albums coming out besides Outkast?

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:25 (twenty-two years ago)

I guess I underestimate the enthusiasm for Elephant because it doesn't seem like there's been as much hype for it as for White Blood Cells -- i.e., "garage rock" is old news in '03.

jaymc (jaymc), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:25 (twenty-two years ago)

White Stripes No. 1. Led Zeppelin Top 5. Yeah Yeah Yeahs Top 10. Outkast Top 10. Radiohead Top 10. Fountains of Wayne Top 20. Rapture Top 20. Steely Dan Top 20. Deftones Top 30. Ted Leo Top 40.

Yanc3y (ystrickler), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:27 (twenty-two years ago)

New Pornographers top 3

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:29 (twenty-two years ago)

I want the Yeah Yeah Yeahs to win superbad, but you goddamn grown-ups will make sure that doesn't happen.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:29 (twenty-two years ago)

New Pornographers will place at No. 11. Early prediction! No way top 3. Wishful thinking, dood.

YYYs will be on my ballot, fersure.

Yanc3y (ystrickler), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:30 (twenty-two years ago)

jaymc - rock's still back, plus Elephant let's all the people who missed out in fall 2001 (ie. Spin writers) to seal the deal. plus: it sold alot (ie. "see, toldya rock is back")

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:31 (twenty-two years ago)

aren't there ANY other critics-just-dying-to-rave-about albums coming out besides Outkast?

Unless anyone's heard otherwise, Bjork and PJ Harvey are both slated to release albums in 2003.

jaymc (jaymc), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:31 (twenty-two years ago)

New Pornogropher's top ten. Don't underestimate Ted Leo Yance.

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:32 (twenty-two years ago)

Lucinda Williams top twenty (sigh).

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:33 (twenty-two years ago)

Let's try to predict what records a bunch of unimaginative critics like! Yay!

Um, I think they'll vote for the Alterations reissue at #1 and probably the Steve Turner solo album will come in second.

Mr. Diamond (diamond), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:34 (twenty-two years ago)

Wire top thirty.

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:34 (twenty-two years ago)

Steve Turner of Mudhoney's making a solo album? Or is this another Steve Turner?

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:34 (twenty-two years ago)

Also, I don't suppose Electric Six has a fighting chance of making the top ten, do they? Possibly just a pipedream of mine.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:37 (twenty-two years ago)

wishful thinking my ass. top ten easy, top five probably unless this year shapes up quicklike

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:38 (twenty-two years ago)

Metacritic isn't always the best measure of this sort of thing -- since a record that's only gotten a few reviews can end up in the top 10, as long those reviews are uniformly positive. (Whereas P&J values critical mass.) But just for kicks, here it is so far:

1. Fountains Of Wayne, Welcome Interstate Managers
2. The Notwist, Neon Golden
3. White Stripes, Elephant
4. Pernice Brothers, Yours, Mine & Ours
5. The Mars Volta, De-Loused In The Comatorium
6. Damien Jurado, Where Shall You Take Me
7. Lucinda Williams, World Without Tears
8. Broken Social Scene, You Forgot It In People
9. Manitoba, Up In Flames
10. Four Tet, Rounds

jaymc (jaymc), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:38 (twenty-two years ago)

He's made one, Anthony, but it's only an import at the moment. I haven't heard it but I bet it's good. Anyway, more hive mind please!

Mr. Diamond (diamond), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:39 (twenty-two years ago)

(i.e. unless ten more consensus-obvious-choices come along, though I don't think it's a terribly good year for albums or singles so far)

haha Metacritic

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:40 (twenty-two years ago)

I just don't think enuf people heard the Leo record, James! (plus I don't think it's all that, then again I'm the kinda sucka who still listens to Chisel)

Dark horse Top 10: Drive-By Truckers
Dark horse Top 20: Grandaddy

Annie Lennox Top 20. Metallica Top 20. Neil Young (!!!) Top 20 (the record ain't half bad).

Yanc3y (ystrickler), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:40 (twenty-two years ago)

that Drive-By Truckers album is totally fucking amazing

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:42 (twenty-two years ago)

Acclaimed's got White Stripes - Radiohead - Calexico - Four Tet - Yeah Yeah Yeahs top 5

ditto to Drive-By Truckers, Grandaddy (the Ted Leo has owned indie America this year, big midwest 'real music' vote)

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:42 (twenty-two years ago)

The Ted Leo is so going to be in the Top 30 at least.

This thread so early is making my ass pucker.

Carey (Carey), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:43 (twenty-two years ago)

what on our lists aren't surefire big midwest 'real music' vote-getters, James?

also, 50 Cent top 10 easy

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:43 (twenty-two years ago)

this has been a great year for everything Matos!

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:44 (twenty-two years ago)

I haven't heard the Truckers album yet. I'll get it eventually. Calexico and Four Tet will be below the Top 50. Was Zwan this year? If so that could be Top 10. Also, 50 Cent Top 10. (x-post!)

Yanc3y (ystrickler), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:44 (twenty-two years ago)

[[stifles response to Carey]]

I'm not hearing it (literally or figuratively)

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:44 (twenty-two years ago)

DB f'n T seem to be getting most of their love from the East Coast

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:45 (twenty-two years ago)

Zwan is not top ten Yance! Jesus Christ!

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:46 (twenty-two years ago)

Matos, you're still having not liking Pig Lib guilt.

Carey (Carey), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:46 (twenty-two years ago)

fuck I forgot about Pig Lib

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:46 (twenty-two years ago)

50 Cent album top ten?

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:46 (twenty-two years ago)

no I'm having being right about Pig Lib gloat

yes, 50 Cent album top ten

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:47 (twenty-two years ago)

single-wise, Sean Paul's "Get Busy" should do just that.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:47 (twenty-two years ago)

Matos I swear you'll be getting a minibox set of mix cd-r's from me for real eventually *ducks*

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:47 (twenty-two years ago)

Hella early call, but this King Creosote album feels like something DeRo and the like would drool all over (i.e. it'll be in P'fork's Top 5).

Zwan got a great crit reaction, it's been big on the radio, Billy's got his fans, etc., etc. Yr giving peeps too much credit, JB!

Yanc3y (ystrickler), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:47 (twenty-two years ago)

if more rock critics had girlfriends "No Letting Go" would be top ten

James Blount (James Blount), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:48 (twenty-two years ago)

just make sure you send it to the right address, James

Yanc3y, check yr email

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:49 (twenty-two years ago)

Seriously, the only way 50 Cent makes top 10 is if there are no other eligible black artists. (i.e. OutKast has to bomb.)

jaymc (jaymc), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:49 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm gonna guess that only 15 people will list ARE Weapons but at least 11 of them will have it No. 1.

Yanc3y (ystrickler), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:50 (twenty-two years ago)

I thought that about Eminem last year--you know, "It's just not good enough." Never underestimate the token votes of hacks

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:50 (twenty-two years ago)

(that was re 50 Cent)

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:50 (twenty-two years ago)

I'd be happier man if Luther Vandross had a shot at the top 10 (oh, I'm not gonna vote for it, but I'm just sayin').

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:51 (twenty-two years ago)

50 cent isn't going anywhere on my ballot, but that's just because I hate black people.

ZWAN????? maybe in the bottom top 30.

Carey (Carey), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:52 (twenty-two years ago)

Also, if the Star Spangles were from the midwest their record would be Top 20 (it sounds EXACTLY like the Replacements), but since they're NYC kids everyone'll detest 'em.

If Luther croaks late in the year he might get it.

Yanc3y (ystrickler), Thursday, 26 June 2003 21:53 (twenty-two years ago)

or maybe I jumped the gun. what name do you vote under, CF?

M Matos (M Matos), Friday, 27 June 2003 00:45 (twenty-two years ago)

I voted 3 times already!!! You drunkard.

Carey (Carey), Friday, 27 June 2003 00:46 (twenty-two years ago)

Hee, I wish my last name was flembach.

Carey (Carey), Friday, 27 June 2003 00:46 (twenty-two years ago)

I'll vouch for the fact that Carey is a real person.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Friday, 27 June 2003 00:52 (twenty-two years ago)

I suppose if this is going to wind up a "here is what you will vote for" thread (no complaints there), then any of these could wind up in my top ten. There's no real standouts, but taken as a whole, it seems a lot more impressive to me than 2002 (and this is not accounting for stuff like pop and R&B which I haven't kept much track of but could probably like if steered towards the good stuff) In no particular order:

Audio Bullys, Ego War
The Rapture, Echoes
Adult., Anxiety Always
The White Stripes, Elephant
ARE Weapons
Luomo, The Present Lover
Grandaddy, Sumday
The Libertines, Up the Bracket (Amurkin release: March '03)
Electric Six, Fire
Exploding Hearts, Guitar Romantic
Fantastic Plastic Machine, Too
FCS North, Vocabulary
Manitoba, Up In Flames
Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Fever to Tell
Murs, The End of the Beginning
Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, Hearts of Oak
The Black Keys, thickfreakness
Killer Mike, Monster
The New Pornographers, Electric Version
Super Furry Animals, Phantom Power
that Radiohead thing

I have yet to hear the new Drive-By Truckers. I might just go out and buy it on my way home from work tomorrow, sound unheard.

This year is pants for "big huge super exciting world-sweeping movements" but fucking amazing for "dancing".

I am definitely saving a slot for the new Ludacris based on its title alone. Chicken and Beer, motherfuckers! I hope it has a Bill O'Reilly dis track.

Nate Patrin (Nate Patrin), Friday, 27 June 2003 00:52 (twenty-two years ago)

I've got a masculine intuition and Matos just can't handle the bubbles in my hot tub.

Carey (Carey), Friday, 27 June 2003 00:56 (twenty-two years ago)

you smell like Rob Sheffield though. You really do.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Friday, 27 June 2003 00:59 (twenty-two years ago)

get over yrself, I played a hunch and was wrong.

M Matos (M Matos), Friday, 27 June 2003 00:59 (twenty-two years ago)

(or not)

damn I wish I had more than two suitcases and a backpack full of stuff with me here rather than having everything else PACKED IN BOXES back in NYC

M Matos (M Matos), Friday, 27 June 2003 01:00 (twenty-two years ago)

*hard eyeroll 180 degrees clockwise*

*pause*

*sigh*

*hard eyeroll 45 degrees up*

I love you Matos.

Carey (Carey), Friday, 27 June 2003 01:03 (twenty-two years ago)

Carey, check yr email

M Matos (M Matos), Friday, 27 June 2003 01:05 (twenty-two years ago)

I think it is safe to say we are all clear now. Carey is Carey and I am sober. huzzah.

M Matos (M Matos), Friday, 27 June 2003 01:41 (twenty-two years ago)

Jane's Addiction and Andrew WK duking it out with automatic Elvis Costello in the Top 10.

Chris Clark (Chris Clark), Friday, 27 June 2003 09:55 (twenty-two years ago)

Amy Rigby will be in the top 15. Most critics are saying it is better than "Mod Housewife" which was top 10.

avery_schreiber, Friday, 27 June 2003 10:22 (twenty-two years ago)

pazz and jop producing useless threads non shockah.

diamond OTM.

Julio Desouza (jdesouza), Friday, 27 June 2003 10:47 (twenty-two years ago)

When's the new Costello due? That will likely make my top ten.

Kate Silver (Kate Silver), Friday, 27 June 2003 16:13 (twenty-two years ago)

pazz and jop producing useless threads non shockah.

Useless, but popular! This is by far the most successful thread I've ever started. :-)

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 27 June 2003 16:16 (twenty-two years ago)

And Gillian Welch, what about her?

Cozen (Cozen), Friday, 27 June 2003 16:26 (twenty-two years ago)

There's even money saying the Zep live thing will take the top sport. Unless there's a REALLY MINDBLOWING HIP-HOP ALBUM SOMEWHERE OUT THERE, (oops, sorry) it'll be in the top three.

The long-awaited Obie Trice album! heheh.

Jeanne Fury (Jeanne Fury), Friday, 27 June 2003 16:31 (twenty-two years ago)

What about Beyonce?

Don't underestimate the New Pornographers. They will probably place top ten, possibly top 3, possibly number one.

Matthew Perpetua (Matthew Perpetua), Friday, 27 June 2003 19:29 (twenty-two years ago)

no f'ing way.

jess (dubplatestyle), Friday, 27 June 2003 19:38 (twenty-two years ago)

am I gonna be asked to vote this year?

and as for hip-hop don't forget: new outkast droppin this year!

jess (dubplatestyle), Friday, 27 June 2003 20:30 (twenty-two years ago)

Wilco will take it, easy.

o. nate (onate), Friday, 27 June 2003 20:34 (twenty-two years ago)

"Move Your Feet" for single of the year SURELY.

Evan (Evan), Friday, 27 June 2003 20:39 (twenty-two years ago)

St.Anger!

jel -- (jel), Friday, 27 June 2003 20:40 (twenty-two years ago)

is there a way i can do this so that it isnt all about 'ted leo' and 'white stripes'

trife (simon_tr), Wednesday, 2 July 2003 04:27 (twenty-two years ago)

Noooo I hate Pazz & Jop! It's like, even these people who I thought had some sense pull out this crazy conventional conformist shit as for their lists every year! Why!? are you afraid of what VV will think of you or something?

Dan I, Wednesday, 2 July 2003 20:58 (twenty-two years ago)

And even with that the lot of you are giving too much credit to the whole rest of the non-ILM academy. Look, they're going to vote fucking White Stripes for #1 and that's just the way it is.

Dan I., Wednesday, 2 July 2003 21:08 (twenty-two years ago)

Why do you have to be a music critic to vote in this thing?

Evan (Evan), Wednesday, 2 July 2003 23:19 (twenty-two years ago)

the same reason you have to be a baseball writer to vote for mvp

James Blount (James Blount), Wednesday, 2 July 2003 23:20 (twenty-two years ago)

Decoration Day is my number one right now, easy, but I have a hard time believing it'll outperform the more obvious Rock Opera in PnJ.

Matos -- do you overrate you're faves chances in the poll every year? (I'm thinking of your Daft Punk/Basement Jaxx/Avalanches all top 10 prediction) No way New Porn top 3!?!

Elephant's about half as good as White Blood Cells but still way better than some other past winners I can think of.

I've got my fingers crossed for Outkast.

Anybody heard the Rancid yet? And is Justin Timberlake way too 2002 for me to vote for it? I didn't hear the whole album until about a month ago and I'm shocked at how much I like it.

chris herrington (chris herrington), Wednesday, 2 July 2003 23:38 (twenty-two years ago)

Timberlake will get his day in the singles ranking I'm guessing. Album is probably too 2002 to do well (and it doesn't have the zeitgeist Pink did for such a critical rebound).

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 2 July 2003 23:43 (twenty-two years ago)

yes, I'm the only critic who likes the New Pornographers album that much. I apologize, they'll finish 97th.

M Matos (M Matos), Wednesday, 2 July 2003 23:45 (twenty-two years ago)

YAY!

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 2 July 2003 23:46 (twenty-two years ago)

new pornographers will definitely place top five and possibly three; elephant will go in at #2; led zep will probably be top five as well -- it lit up the mailing lists i subscribe to for sure.

if the yeah yeah yeahs get the 'hot chicks over guitars' boy-crit vote i will jump off a bridge, i swear, sigh guess i'd better get my sproingy shoes ready

and what about the thursday record, i can't walk five feet without reading something about it, for realz

my ballot might have on it andrew wk (yes!!), apes, s prcss, throwing muses at this point. also i need to spend more time with the evergrey record.

maura (maura), Thursday, 3 July 2003 00:43 (twenty-two years ago)

I don't think NPs in top five is overboard at all, Chris--big in the boonies, big w/the daily guys, and oh yeah, it ISN'T TECHNO. (though Anthony's riposte to my jape above made me laugh out loud)

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 3 July 2003 00:45 (twenty-two years ago)

yeah, maybe. It's my friend Stephen's favorite record of the year and he voted for something like 7 of last year's top 10 (including the entire top 3). And I don't use that as a swipe at the record (or my friend Stephen)-- it's in my top 5 right now too.

I don't think 50 Cent will be top 10 -- I think a lot of the token votes it might get will get mitigated by its singles vote -- a lot of people will vote "In Da Club" and bypass the album. It'll be top 20 though.

chris herrington (chris herrington), Thursday, 3 July 2003 02:52 (twenty-two years ago)

that's what I thought last year about Eminem and Missy both, and they were both top-ten. "In Da Club" will win big on single, nothing else comes close this year.

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 3 July 2003 03:07 (twenty-two years ago)

Maura, are you talking about Thursday as in CROSS OUT THE EYES! CROSS OUT THE EYES! yawp-happy post-rockin' quintuple-decker emo-humping spazbagging Thursday?

David R. (popshots75`), Thursday, 3 July 2003 04:24 (twenty-two years ago)

Dudes what about R. Kelly?! "Ignition" shd place as a single, I dunno about the album.

Also are there any good singles left on the Sean Paul album? Because he deserves to have a "record of the summer."

amateurist (amateurist), Thursday, 3 July 2003 04:33 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm wondering that myself, if it's worth picking up.

s1utsky (slutsky), Thursday, 3 July 2003 05:05 (twenty-two years ago)

yes, dave, that very one

critics from dailies i've read (incl. the suddenly-emo-happy nyt) seem to thrill at it

maura (maura), Thursday, 3 July 2003 16:45 (twenty-two years ago)

My favorite album so far this year is hands-down Cat Power's You Are Free, and I bet--or at least really, really hope--it'll crack the top 20 or 25; Moon Pix did, I believe, and I've finally made up my mind that You Are Free is her best album to date.

I would also LOVE to see The Microphones' Mount Eerie fare better with the P&J crowd than Elvrum's The Glow, Pt. 2 did back in 2001.

Among records released so far this year, I'd say the only ones with a legitimate shot at winning are Elephant, Hail to the Thief, and maybe Fever to Tell.

Elephant is almost certainly the most broadly acclaimed of the bunch and it's kicked considerably more ass on the Billboard charts than White Blood Cells--or, for that matter, Is This It or Veni Vidi Vicious if not that stupid Vines record--did, though I'll concede that it's a slightly weaker album than its predecessor.

If this year turns out to be especially weak than I could see Hail to the Thief managing the same sort of minor consenus that landed Little Creatures at the top of the albums list.

And I'm really not sure at all how much support Fever to Tell will amass. At first, I was less taken with it than I was their Master EP, though the last three tracks are pretty fantastic. Still, if it grows on the P&Jers the way it's grown on me, than a victory is probably completely not out of the question.

I also hope that Electric Version places really well (top ten--*fingers-crossed*), though I still prefer Mass Romantic.

Lucinda's World without Tears is obviously no Car Wheels but is arguably stronger than Essence and that slipped into the top ten in a year that was arguably stronger than this one's shaping up to be.

Pig Lib? Top twenty, perhaps. I think that just depends on how nostalgic it makes voters for the good ole Pavement days.

Yo La Tengo's record is relatively weak but it will probably make the top twenty or twenty-five, because it's only RELATIVELY weak.

I hope the Kills' album makes at least the top 40. It's good stuff.

50 Cent I'm conflicted on. In da Club will (deservingly) clean house in the singles poll and 21 Questions might show up there, too, but his album just doesn't strike me as being consistent enough to make the top ten.

I'm not crazy about Blur by any stretch of the imagination but it's sure to rank high on Brit-lists and some of the love might carry over on this side of the Atlantic.

I haven't heard the new Amy Rigby, but if what I've read is a good indicator, it will probably place well.

I hope Northern State's Dying in Stereo pops on a good number of lists this year. Both EPs made a handful of lists last year (including Christgau's).

Oh, and then, of course, there's that godawful new Liz Phair album. Contrarian-minded pop fans might land it in the top 40 but I truly hope not. It's easily the worst thing I've heard all year; worse even than St. Anger!

Among upcoming releases....

PJ Harvey's album will have to really suck for it not to make the top five or ten, but I really don't count on that happening. She's never made anything even remotely resembling a less-than-great record and only Is This Desire? failed to crack the TOP FIVE. In fact, if her new album is as good as Stories from the City it just might win.

The same goes to only a slightly lesser extent for Bjork's Lake Experience. If it's on par with Vespertine, it'll definitely place in the top 3-5.

If the expected Strokes LP is as highly regarded as Is This It (which seems doubtful, for some reason, but certainly not impossible) it'll be sure to give Elephant a run for its money.

OutKast's double-solo-album(s) seems like a risky bet to me. It'll either win the thing by as larger or an even larger a margin than Stankonia did or really underwhelm everyone's expectations.

Anyhoo, those are my thoughts on this year's poll.

Josh Timmermann, Thursday, 3 July 2003 21:00 (twenty-two years ago)

my own prelim top 10 is perhaps the most random one i've ever had

jess (dubplatestyle), Thursday, 3 July 2003 21:28 (twenty-two years ago)

the whole Sean Paul album is fantastic tho Like Glue and Get Busy were clearly the two best trax, but only barely.

I'm rooting for Lumidee so hard, but I doubt it.Ã?
