...because I can't think of a single thing.

Except that they need a proper re-release.

Slightly off-topic, but what's the most balls-out rockin noisy FG record? I have Flamingo, but there's some stuff on there that's a trifle too hick/strummy for me, and one concession to psychedelia that ill suits them. They seem to be happiest rocking really hard with all the needles pinned.

i can think of TWO bad things!! 1) on this thread colin says they are 'balls-out rockin' 2) they are called the 'flamin groovies'

i forgot sadat x - black cowboys (i had to burn off the protective antishoplifting plastic case thing on my stove burner), jeru - wrath of the math, and redman - docs da name 2000.... ugh this selection is sorta rockist how obv is it i got all these in high school!!! still love most of them, rza hits is great even though i have every song from it (cept wu wear duh) cuz its mastered loud and better for headphone trips than any homemade mixtape of best wu tracks would be, it just FEELS right

This is the first time trife has hijacked one of my threads. I feel so honored.

on a "balls out rockin" basisd i guess.
hey trife i'm loving the 50 album, hey & did you see about the gangsta thing i did where i switched price tags to get it cheap, now that i've found a place where you can get away w. doing this i can start building up a collection of modern music, what should i get next, it has to be some top 20ish stuff they'd have in a non spec. rec. shop ok

unknown or illegal user (doorag), Monday, 30 June 2003 04:39 (twenty-two years ago)

cassettes are only good if theyre albums that are good the whole way thru cause i play em in the car & i don't wanna have to be messin round ffwding & stuff

unknown or illegal user (doorag), Monday, 30 June 2003 04:43 (twenty-two years ago)

get lil kim - la bella mafia, david banner - mississippi, nas - gods son, beyonce - dangerously in love, lil jon - kings of crunk, bonecrusher - attenchun, i dunno what else is in the top 20 right now

trife (simon_tr), Monday, 30 June 2003 04:49 (twenty-two years ago)

Its just about impossible to listen to them all constantly throughout your life no matter how much you may want to.

"Shake Some Action' - that's the one everyone seems to have.
