How much indie do you want? I picked the 3 singles from "Kylie Minogue" (the 1994 one), a Saint Etienne cover from one of those singles and an ALBUM track from "Impossible Princess"!

I happen to like the stuff she did with the Manics but the collab. with Nick Cave is one of my least favorite songs by either. Also, I prefer Traci Lords on "Little Baby Nothing" to the versions with Kylie.

It is shiteful. "Please Stay" is worse than every S-A-W era album track put together. Let's not even discuss "Spinning Around" except to say more thought went into the gold lame pants in the video than the song, and said skimpy pants had far more substance too.

Edward, I don't think those songs are really bad as much as they are dull...and the title track and Yr Disco kind of make up for the dullness. That being said most of it is pretty lame.
You know what is the best though, the Junior Vasquez remix of "Too Far". That is like a military march held by Kylie on coke.

On a night like this was a better video than song, but Spinning Around reminds me of hot days in coffee houses in London that summer, so it holds a special place.
Anyway.... enough of Kylie. Dannii's WAY sexier.

Yeah, it's that mix that clinches that song's place in the 10. That and the sort of growled speak/singing at the beginning. And the tinkly piano, especially on the live version.
Dannii may be way sexier - especially now she seems to be able to open her mouth properly again - but how interesting is a POX on her going to be? More than half of her very best songs come from Neon Nights (still album of the year for me).

Proof that ILM is not JUST pop, it stands superior to pop.
