You might also like Shellac or Mule. The vocals are not quite as unhinged, but they both have the big clubbing drums and odd dynamics like "Milk It".
Early Butthole Surfers, some of The Cows and Melvins songs also have similar kind of unhinged sound.

Shellac... is the band Nirvana probably wished they could be. So, are the drums on "Milk It" Albini drums or did Geffen re-record the entire album? Melvins are sludge lords. I kneel at their altar.I'll check on Mule and the Cows. Thanks for the suggestions.
