...and it's Neil's best since (the recently evoked on ILM) Ragged Glory. I hope the actual record is this good.

Is this from one of his solo shows in Europe or a band performance? I saw his play it a few weeks ago in Boston and enjoyed it quite a bit, though I don't know if it'll be quite as good only because the stage show added to the feel of it.

I'm still looking forward to hearing the album versions, especially "Bandit," which was the best song in concert. It was also the only one he played solo.

And I agree that it's his best since "Ragged Glory."

funny thing about Bandit - people were talking really loud and Neil stopped and said something about how Atlanta was reminding him of Las Vegas and got really snotty and didn't finish playing it! "You didn't need to hear it ANYway," he said, real bitchy. Kinda badass. So i guess I better go download it now, since you say it's good...

it's with the full band, not sure from where

Saw the same show with Adam Harrison-Friday and I agree it was great. Bandit was incredible, I've spent weeks trying to get that down on guitar. In all the show was well put together, though AHF is totally correct saying that the stage show added to it. But all and all, the songs are good.

nine years pass...

Anyone know if there is there a bootleg (mp3) out there of the DVD that came with the deluxe edition of Greendale, the one where Neil plays the album solo/acoustic? I have searched high and low, but I can't seem to find one.
