Yeah, hit and miss. There are abotu 10 great tracks on there (Argentinian Cowboy being maybe my favorite), but Jimmy Carter Says Yes is a steaming pile, as is a lot of the rest of it.

My brother lent me one of these, which I think I burned and then forgot about. "Jimmy Carter Says Yes" is amazing! "Can a government/Be competent?"
