Everyone's good at knowing what's good when it comes to Jamiacan music. But leave your Super Apes and Heart of the Congos behind and tell us about what is NOT good Reggae. Any particular albums or styles that you really can't bear.

Weren't Rocksteady and Be-Bop the two animals from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? They'd be good to destroy...

Rocksteady and Bebop were perfect comic foils to Shredder's unmitigated evil and the show would have suffered greatly without their presence.

Byron Lee and the Dragonaires... And Millie Small. Because of the way production is set up there, there is usually something of interest (if nothing else, just a nice rhythm) ... even stuff like the Althea & Donna LP (don't get me wrong, I think the single is incredible) is still pretty good. Also there is apparently a lot of Jamaican MOR and Muzak that we aren't likely to hear.

What could be bad about Jamaican MOR?

I don't know, that's the point.

Never have two human faces been more distinctly frightening in more distinctly different ways.
