Are Sites Like This The Reason Subscription MP3 Sites will never take off?

This is a rip off http://www.musikmusik.co.uk/charts.htm.
Its access by dialler only, which i assume means only can be used on a dial up modem. £1.50 a minute (and we all know it takes ages to download a song at 5 k/s. I have no idea if this is a major label initiative but if it is it shows that the industry hasnt learned a thing.
Btw I found the advert on http://www.allmusic.com
i wonder if its evena legal site?

It's appaling that AMG allowed them to advertise without checking it out. Its funny how its appeared just as people are being scared off P2P by RIAA suing people. Theyre preying on fear.
