Dunno if you've heard it yet, but I just heard it yesterday for the first time: Sugar Daddy with Sweet soca music.
Basically a reggae song based on THE sample of The Verve's Bittersweet Symphony...

So, I suspect that the Stones are getting pretty much all of the profits, considering their court case against The Verve, and probably Allen Klein (former stones manager), who controls the publishing on the orchestral version. But do you think The Verve would see any of it?

I don't think the Verve have any rights to that song whatsoever. They probably wouldn't get any money even if the vocals were sampled.
