what are yalls fav songs, i like rainbow colors, try something, put cha d in her mouth, dangerous posse, and RIDING SPINNERS of course....i wish bin laden wasnt so watery and lethargic it couldve been a lot better...the wolf wolf beat is MURDER....i think its a better album overall than chapter 2 world dom though i wish there was more stuff like ass and titties or baby mama on it, also i wish dj paul had more verses!!!

I like "They Bout To Find your Body" and "Mosh Pit" most but i don't think i'll be able to get into it till after the sun goes away, it's too dark!

The Three 6 Mafia is very reliably good but the cover is all kinds of ugly.

adam (adam), Friday, 8 August 2003 15:36 (twenty-two years ago)

i've never liked anything by these guys, but i'll give this a listen on your say-so, trife. is the song you like called "wolf wolf" or "the wolf wolf beat"? i bet it's the first but how cool would the second title be??

Tracer Hand (tracerhand), Friday, 8 August 2003 15:46 (twenty-two years ago)

Lil Flip's verse on "Rainbow Colours" is tres heavy

sean g, Friday, 8 August 2003 15:48 (twenty-two years ago)

i haven't heard any of the new stuff, but all the tracks i've ever downloaded by them have been ace. total orchestral dirty south shit with the emphasis on the dirty

JasonD (JasonD), Friday, 8 August 2003 16:08 (twenty-two years ago)

uh... "FUCK THAT SHIT." duh.

DJ BEAST OF LEGEND, Friday, 8 August 2003 18:39 (twenty-two years ago)

I have a hard time with these guys, esp. over the course of an entire album. But do search triple-six affiliate Project Pat's Mista Don't Play (Everything's Workin') feat. "Chickenheads" and "Oooh, Nuthin'"- two of the best rap singles in recent memory.

Will (will), Friday, 8 August 2003 18:47 (twenty-two years ago)

mista dont play is more pop radio than lots of 666 stuff but i got tired of chickenhead a long long time ago, baby mama (also with la chat) does that thing so much more smooth, ooh nuthin is good for the lyrics but the unsolved mysteries beat annoys me...fav song is probably if you aint from my hood or break the law (which is more unsolved mysteries beat but good!!!)

trife (simon_tr), Saturday, 9 August 2003 01:48 (twenty-two years ago)

god, if you aint from my hood is really incredible....slow burrrrrn....

trife (simon_tr), Saturday, 9 August 2003 01:50 (twenty-two years ago)

the part where the beat drops away...and then the new one comes in....seriously may be the greatest moment in any song ever, its like what all huge rave anthems are trying for clumsily with their beat sequencing but never acheive

trife (simon_tr), Saturday, 9 August 2003 01:51 (twenty-two years ago)

waht happend to gangsata boo/?

sean g, Saturday, 9 August 2003 01:56 (twenty-two years ago)

bin laden is just a beautiful melanchioly love song.

sean g, Saturday, 9 August 2003 02:08 (twenty-two years ago)

I may be wrong, but I believe Boo found The Lord.

Will (will), Saturday, 9 August 2003 19:02 (twenty-two years ago)

The 'Wolf Wolf' beat sounds almost identical to 'Try Something.' I had to skip back and forth between them a bunch of times to figure out if they really were different.

I like 'Ridin' Spinners,' 'Bin Laden,' 'Like a Pimp,' but 'Rainbow Colors' is perfect and the best thing on it.

Recipe:

- 2 oz. rum/vodka/other
- 1 Jolly Rancher
- Big Red® soda
- Promethazine/codiene or promethazine/hydrocodone syrup
- Ice (optional)

Pour liquor and syrup over Jolly Rancher. Stir, then add soda.

rainbow colors was my fav track when i first got it but i think i just liked lil flip and the title, its good but its not the best song overall

trife (simon_tr), Saturday, 9 August 2003 22:17 (twenty-two years ago)

It's mostly just a cool Lil Flip song. A cool Lil Flip verse and the Three Six guy's production.

Other than Lil Flip, do you like any of the Screw and Swishahouse and Wreckshop, etc. stuff, the new stuff like Slim Thug and H.A.W.K. and Magno and Paul Wall and whoever else?

d k (d k), Saturday, 9 August 2003 22:33 (twenty-two years ago)

i only know lil flip, i did like that wreck shop song in memory of screw with big mo and them but i tend to go more towards east coast atl and miami south shit than houston....

trife (simon_tr), Saturday, 9 August 2003 23:13 (twenty-two years ago)

and as much as i like lil flip im more into triple six and related than him, i dunno why cuz usually i like bouncy shit more than gothy bleakness!!!

trife (simon_tr), Saturday, 9 August 2003 23:14 (twenty-two years ago)

though dk if you wanna trade mixtapes/cds id love to hear more of that shit, i could put together some songs you never heard too

trife (simon_tr), Saturday, 9 August 2003 23:19 (twenty-two years ago)
