So who can tell me more about it do you think?

Let's just pick an ILMer completely at random....

that sort of looks like a cross between Ben Affleck and John Stamos.

Well, for a start, it was available as a bootleg for years (that's how I first attained it), then it was released a couple of years ago with the album as a bonus video disc. Basically, it's the Joke playing the Lorelei festival in Germany circa Night Time. It's a spirited document of the band at that stage, but their performance occurs during daylight, which is a bit incongruous. The crowd don't seem entirely into it either (they were probably waiting for whomever the headline act was, like Level 42 or Saxon or someone). If the DVD release is the same as the album release, there are two appended tracks at the end shot for television circa Brighter Than a Thousand Suns.

Overall, it's nice, but not entirely essential. The criminal lack of a proper Killing Joke live album makes it worth owning, though.

In terms of the cover, you'd better ask Mike Coles of Studio C what that's all about: http://studio-c.co.uk/

If you're after Killing Joke on VCD, however, might I direct you to Mik Raven's site (which doesn't always link properly, so apologies in advance if it doesn't):
