Ever loved a song and then somehow completely forgotten about it? Then you stumble on it again and oh the sweetness.

I just heard the Fannies' "Traffic Jam" today for the 1st time in several years and it was grate; somehow I'd forgotten it ever existed.

Yeah, but more with albums than songs. Especially as the collection grows and grows. The worst/best is hearing something you've owned forever but which has gotten lost in the forest of trees. This has happened a few times in the past week as I've been moving CDs into new shelving.

For me, it's good to hang out with people who have deep passion for acts I dig but never spent as much time with as I should've (the Cure, in my case) and who have tons of gems to be reconnected with.

I completely forgot about the Sugarcubes' "Deus" (I know!) I hadn't listened to Life's Too Good in about 10 years - borrowed the CD from the library last week.. Great, but probably won't listen to it again for a long while.
