Not as far as I know. I think APC are fully staffed; they have J. Iha and that guy who used to play with M. Manson. From what I heard Paz is joining Papa M.

Hopefully Melissa Auf Der Maur will step in as the new Zwan bassist; would put a smile on my face.

Funny thing, though -- I just read at aperfectcircle.org that Paz apparently DID play with APC the other day!

However, I completely missed that both James Iha and Twiggy are in the band now -- Jeez Louise. I have no interest in (and will not be attending) the Lollapalooza dates out here but I really must see APC when they play again on their own.

I heard APC's first album and...have you ever listened to a record, and no matter how hard you try, not only can you not enjoy it but you also can't get a grasp on it? That's how that disc was for me. Sold it after 5 listens. If any of the songs came on the radio, I doubt I'd recognize 'em.

The record was pretty good, but not world-shaking or anything. I saw them live opening for Nine Inch Nails, though, and they were very good. Wouldn't go see 'em now, because I hate both Iha and Twiggy.

She left to tour with papa m in October. So anyone know if Pajo has quit too?

I love Melissa aud der mar.... especially her work on Idaho's "alas."

I love it when big rock stars get mixed up with little indie bands. Pax in Papa M is bizarre.

when aufie toured with the pumpkins in their last days THEY COULDNT PLAY GEEK USA BECAUSE THE BASS PARTS WERE TOO FAST FOR HER!! when darcy's basslines are too tough for you, you don't belong in kickass rock bands.

I want to let you know that I am no longer with Zwan. My experience with Zwan has been great but it is time for me to move on to new projects.
This Fall I will be dedicating my time with David Pajo as Papa M. I am currently rehearsing for our up coming shows in October. .
We also hope to start recording shortly after that.
