OK This ones really hard, so Im not really expecing anyone to outright know the song. If you do, I am in your debt. The problem with the clip is that its short. Its like an intro, but the giveaway is the bass line and the keyboards. We have narrowed it down to being from 1986-7-8 based on those Synthesizer effects.

However, if you cant ID it, then PLEASE list some artists that could have done it that were kinda popular in that era. This is ALL of the clip that exists. It was a DJ Promo tape containing tons of clips of songs for Djs to play on the radio back in the day...
