"shinjuku zulu"

have they got anything to do with Darrin Verhagen (shinjuku thief/shinjuku filth etc)? the description fits.

they are a pop electronic hip hop dance & chillout band with lots of vocalists. kinda like gorillaz, massive attack, gnarls barkley, chemical brothers...

there are two cds by shinjuku zulu. the latest is called various chimeras and has the rap dance song shanghai masai, and other electro song called da riddim griffin. (see http://www.myspace.com/shinjukuzulu). the first cd is just called shinjuku zulu and has the dance track that groove.
