I only have Escape and Departure. In about this order:

1 Escape
2 Any Way You Want It
3 Mother, Father
4 Don't Stop Believin'
5 Open Arms
6 Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin' (I was in this resto-bar in Edmonton. This came on. Everyone there started singing along, pumping fists, or commenting on how great it was. It was surreal but great at the same time.)
7 People and Places
8 Stone In Love
9 Who's Crying Now?
10 Walks Like a Lady (largely just because when I put on Departure for the first time at my parents', my Dad said "Ah, this is jazz" when this song was playing.)

"Someday Soon" is pretty good too, as well as the one on side 2 of Departure that sounds like proto-"Long Cold Winter". I like the Robert-Plant-cum-Phil-Collins-over-lite-fusion stylings on Departure. Not enough that I actually play it that much though. I'm still not sure I've heard "Separate Ways" all the way through.

"Escape" is really pretty impressive in the number of hooks it squeezes into its 3 or 4 minutes. The uber-pomp synth break is awesome.

I don't think I could name ten Journey songs if my very life depended on it, but I'm still flabbergasted that you've never heard "Separate Ways" all the way through.
