i imagine if the strokes actually tried jazz (or anything except the minimalist rock that is their metier) many of you would come forward only to ridicule them for the attempt.

I've never really given Show Yr Bones much play, I was really anticipating it at the time and I remember liking it okay, especially "Phenomenon" and "Way Out", but I was disappointed that the songs I heard them play live that I was addicted to weren't on it (most of those songs ended up on the IsIs EP)
