after hearing the album I kinda thought Bob Pollard may have been listening to more Guess who than Who. The albums all over the place with half finished ideas Cheech and Chong segues and vocal gimmicks that go on far to long. But it then redeems itself with moments of very effective road rich rock epithany. At times both great and crap (sample lyric:"You dont believe you're just a living glob Like lucy,Freddy,Ricky,Frank and Bob") its certainly weed enchanted if nothing else.I declare the Guess Who the GBV of the early Seventies....discuss if you will

I'm not sure I'd go that far, but that album does contain the best Guess Who song ever in "Fiddlin'".

If you listen to "Life in the bloodstream" it has the vocal of about a dozen Pollard ballads
