It's called THE COURTSHIP OF DEVIN DAZZLE!

I know because one of my best friends was THERE when he decided!

Apparently the single is promoing around but I've not heard it, I'm surprised there's been no mention of this, Felix is dance music's greatest superstar. He gets bigger cheers stepping up to the decks than most DJs would get for dropping Good Life or something.

yeah he was going to leave out Devin Dazzle which my friend pointed out would be mentalism. I liked the original "The Neon Memoirs of Devin Dazzle" too, but that was too long apparently.

THE RECORD IS TREMENDOUS SO FAR!!! it sounds like lcd's "yeah" split up into 20 tracks (one sounds EXACTLY like lcd -- maybe james produced it?), except for the one that sounds like "bizarre love triangle."

i think it's out in may. the record alternates between overblown mega-pop tracks (like this choir singalong one about la) and these morose, muted hooky cuts (my favorites). the dfa track really is tremendous. it's no. 3 or 4 on there i think. there are clearly a lot of guest spots (i'm pretty sure the adult. grrrl is on there twice), but my tracklisting doesn't mention collaborators or any of that shit.
